Xerox Business Volume
SAO : (Strategic Accounts Operations):
Is the business handled directly by PALTECH.
It is around 10 % from the Business Volume. (low Volume/ High Profit).
GMO : (General Marketing Operations):
Is the business handled by the main Dealers
It is around 30 % from the Business Volume. (Medium volume /Medium Profit).
Is the business handled by small Dealers all over Palestinian Cites.
It is around 60% of the Business Volume. (High Volume/ low Profit).
Functions of each Party
Main suppliers of equipments , market support for master distributor and the GMO Dealers.
The Xerox team for this functions are - Distribution Manager, Product Manger & Marketing Manger.
Responsible to appoint Dealers and handle the Marketing/sales, Logistics, Finance & service of all Xerox products in the Palestinian Area.
Paltech will handle all SAO customers directly.
To market all Xerox OPB and OSG equipment to large accounts in the Palestinian Area.
They will be supported by PALTECH as well as Xerox Support team.
Their business will be quota based monitored by Xerox.
Are resellers spread all over the Palestinian Area, and their roll is to sell all Xerox OPB products (Box Movers).
